Susan Roberts is the Sensei. As director and founder, she has a strong knowledge of HR and extensive experience in a variety of business and education contexts. Working with leaders and managers, Dr Roberts enhances their knowledge and confidence, and implements practical HR solutions that drive meaningful changes in organisational behaviour, whilst empathising with their concerns. She offers a range of services to micro and small businesses, the education sector and professional service firms.

John is an experienced presenter and facilitator who has been responsible for the development of programs and workshops for a range of government, corporate, commercial and educational organisations. The emphasis in most programs has been on the development of personnel and systems for organisations.

John's extensive leadership and educational background covering 25 years includes his involvement with system and professional bodies at both state and national levels. John is an accredited and experienced presenter and facilitator of workshops as well as a dynamic Human Resource Consultant who has worked with and provided career coaching and services to senior management of several organizations in workplace and staff development as well as many individuals pursuing career change.

Linda Jacobsen-Willett

Linda has extensive experience in the corporate sector providing administrative support to state managers, account executives and territory managers.
