Jolin Consulting was established in 1995 and provides human resource and service programs for government, corporate, commercial and educational organisations. In its first 10 years in the industry, it has provided many successful programs that have been designed to client needs and carried out to the satisfaction of senior management and staff members.

The Institute provides International services for consultants, national and multi national bodies through the Apollo Profile which is eclectic in that experienced users will recognise the application of many of the theories of well known researchers in this field, such as Jung, Maslow, Hersey and Blanchard, Kilman, Herzberg, McClelland, Belbin, McGregor, Argyris, and the Five-Factor Model of Personality (Costa and McCrae 1992). The Apollo Profile is not pioneering any new theories, but rather applying generally accepted knowledge to the modern workplace.
Both developers of the Apollo Profile have considerable experience with instruments designed to provide information on people's careers in an organisation setting. John Willett is an experienced presenter and facilitator who has been responsible for the development of programs and workshops for a range of corporate, commercial and educational organisations. The emphasis in most programs has been on the development of personnel and systems for organisations.
John's extensive administration and educational background covering 25 years includes his involvement with system and professional bodies at both state and national levels.
John is an accredited and experienced presenter and facilitator of workshops as well as a dynamic Human Resource Consultant who has worked with and provided career coaching and services to senior management of several organizations in workplace and staff development.
Linda Jacobsen-Willett
Administration - Partner.
Linda has extensive experience in the corporate sector providing administrative support to state managers, account executives and territory managers. In addition, Linda holds major responsibility for the coordination of corporate events. Her outstanding organizational and documentation skills are the foundation for the business services.

Consultant - Corporate, Education & HR Services
 Sue Roberts joined Jolin Consulting in 2005 as a consultant specialising in the Human Resource Management services for corporate organisations and educational institutions.
Sue has a wealth of experience at all levels of education and administration working as a teacher, lecturer, trainer and HR Advisor. She has a strong background in Education and Human Resource Management and is currently lecturing at Murdoch University. Sue recently completed her Doctoral Studies focussing on Staff Management in Independent Schools. In addition to her educational commitments, Sue is a contracted HR advisor for an accounting practice.
Sue's wide experience is demonstrated in various leadership roles including Chair of Council of a University College and Board Membership of an Independent Girls School. She has demonstrated in her positions of responsibility a capability for leadership and has brought her scholarship to her work with tertiary students as well as her role of Project Manager in an International Study of Leadership in Education.
Danielle De Cinque B.A.(Ed); B,Ed.

Danielle joined Jolin Consulting in 2006
Danielle's background in education, complemented by her involvement in Teacher Practice supervision and part time engagement in research projects provides her with a practical standpoint to support the work of Jolin Consulting in specific areas.
Since joining Jolin Consulting, Danielle has been engaged in coordinating the recruitment process for schools seeking staff, assisting with the contract we manage with EdStaff for teachers wishing to work in Hong Kong as well as being a supervisory consultant in teacher appraisals.
