N.B. Participants in each program are provided with filed materials to enable easy application in the work situation

Flexible Format
Programs 1 and 2 are designed for 4 - 12 participants and each is offered for leaders and managers from

  • one organisation, or
  • several organisations combined

Timetable
The format for each program is planned according to the specific needs of the organisation.


These programs are part of a process to enable Learning Organisations adopt best practice administration systems and maintain leading edge through continual organisation and leadership development.
